Caribbean Heat

I found this recipe at a farmers market I was attending, tried it sitting under a bamboo umbrella sipping a pina colada and enjoying some tortilla chips with this sauce, it was good and islandy, but it was missing something....A touch from the REAPER! that's right I added some Carolina reaper peppers to my improved recipe...enjoy!
